Reporting to the C.E.O, the successful candidate will be a seasoned negotiator with extensive experience of developing new opportunities, will develop LFL business with existing customers by understanding product performance & competitor activity.

To extend the Tinc brand distribution into new territories, across all retail formats and market sectors. Negotiate and finalise deals with new customers. Fully understand the operational requirements of a new customer to ensure a successful launch. Build strong working relationships, and understanding of customers businesses to support LFL growth. Act as a Tinc brand ambassador.

Engage with prospective partners in targeted markets or businesses. Analyse margin opportunity and likely terms for each new opportunity. Review any legal documentation and bring to CEO for sign off. Bring deals to a timely conclusion. Utilise previous business relationships and contacts to 'open doors' for the Tinc brand. Communicating new range opportunities to further drive sales..

Driving license required, foreign language skills a bonus.

Wholesale Administrator

Head Office - Corsham

Are you confident, organised, flexible, team player?

Providing support to the wholesale team and reporting to the Wholesale Manager, the successful candidate will be proficient in Word, Excel , Powerpoint, enjoy being part of a teamand a motivated self starter.

Attendance and support at wholesale fairs as and when required with the ability and confidence to represent the tinc brand in an enthusiastic manner.

Accuracy and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential attributes, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The successful candidate will need to maintain accurate records of wholesale orders and shipments on the
Prima stock management system
Ensure all new customers are set up accurately the system.
Manage delivery dates of open sales orders
Work with Wholesale teammanaging customer expectations on deliveries
Collate information to support the new business team

Availability to travel on an ad hoc basis for wholesale events, and a driving license are essential and previous experience of Prima or similar stock management systema bonus

We are recruiting a Part Time Sales Assistant for our Tunbridge Wells store, this will be on a 8 hour contract initially with the working days on Wednesdays or Thursdays essential and extra days may be required. This will increase over peak trade (Half Term/Christmas) and is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a young British company.
